One month security deposit along with current month charges payable in advance prior to admission, security deposit is adjustable in the last month.
Subsequent month charges payable within 4th of every month. Late fine of Rs. 50 per day shall be applicable in case of default.
Minimum six month continuous stay mandatory.
Damage to existing amenities will impose extra fine on boarders.
Alcohol and smoking consumption is not allowed inside the premises. Anyone found drinking inside the premises will have to leave the accommodation without any prior notice. No excuses will be entertained and security deposit will be forfeited.
BOYS (including Male relatives) are not allowed inside the premises. Violation of this rule will invite action and will have to leave the accommodation without any prior notice. No excuses will be entertained and security deposit will be forfeited.
Usage of any electrical devices like iron, hair dryer etc. will impose extra electricity charges and should be notified to the supervisor.
Mandatory documents to be submitted prior to admission include proof of permanent address, local guardian Address College / Office identity card photocopy and one current passport photograph.
A sum of Rs 400/- per day (excluding food) will be chargeable per guest / relative sharing the accommodation, irrespective of sharing same bed.
Both parties are bound by one month prior notice before leaving the accommodation.
Arrival and departure date and time need to be maintained in register provided by the care taker.
